Hebrews03192017

19 Therefore,
brothers and sisters, since we have
confidence to enter the sanctuary by the blood of
Jesus, 20 by the fresh and living way that he inaugurated
for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh, 21 and
since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let
us draw near with a sincere heart in the assurance that
faith brings, because we have had our hearts sprinkled
clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed in
pure water. 23 And let us hold unwaveringly to the hope
that we confess, for the one who made the promise is
trustworthy. 24 And let us take thought of how to spur one
another on to love and good works, 25 not abandoning our
own meetings, as some are in the habit of doing, but
encouraging each other, and even more so because you
see the day drawing near.
Hebrews 10:19-25 NET
Now the point in what we are saying is
this: we have such a high priest, one who
is seated at the right hand of the throne of
the Majesty in heaven, 2 a minister in the
holy places, in the true tent that the
Lord set up, not man.
Hebrews 8:1 ESV
But now in Christ Jesus you who once
were far off have been brought near by the
blood of Christ.

13 I
write these things to you who believe in
the name of the Son of God, that you may
know that you have eternal life.

Hebrews 10:19-25 NET
13 But
now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been
brought near by the blood of Christ. 14 For he himself is our
peace, who has made us both one and has broken down in his
flesh the dividing wall of hostility 15 by abolishing the law of
commandments expressed in ordinances, that he might create
in himself one new man in place of the two, so making
peace, 16 and might reconcile us both to God in one body
through the cross, thereby killing the hostility. 17 And he came
and preached peace to you who were far off and peace to those
who were near. 18 For through him we both have access in one
Spirit to the Father. 19 So then you are no longer strangers and
aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members
of the household of God, 20 built on the foundation of
the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the
cornerstone, 21 in whom the whole structure, being joined
together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord. 22 In him you also
are being built together into a dwelling place for God by the
Spirit.
