DISTRIBUTOR DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD
This award is given to recognize a distributor for outstanding and dedicated service to the
Association and the electrical distribution industry.
The recipient must currently be active in an NAED member firm, and meets one or more of the
following criteria:
1. Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of the
programs of NAED;
2. Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of
programs or activities that favorably impact distribution;
3. Has served on a Board, Committee or Task Force of NAED.
This award is to be given based on cumulative contributions and left to the discretion of the
Awards Committee. The award may, or may not be given annually.

This award will be given to an individual associated with an electrical manufacturing firm, who
has consistently been active in promoting and supporting the tenets and goals of NAED.
The recipient must currently be active in an NAED member firm and meet one or more of the
following criteria:
1. Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of the
programs of NAED.
2. Has made a significant contribution to the development and/or implementation of
programs or activities that favorably impact distribution.
3. Has served on a board, committee or task force of NAED.

promoting and supporting and/or improving the electrical distribution channel.
