Capital City Youth Sports Photography
(CCYSP) PLUMAS LAKE LITTLE LEAGUE
Picture day is April 8, 2017 for your League. The envelopes will be distributed by your League
representatives about several days before photo day. Please be sure that the envelope is filled out
completely, using black or blue pen, and brought to the field. PLEASE DO NOT USE PENCILS! If
ordering Trading Cards, fill out all fields; legibly and completely. EVERY player MUST have a filled-out
envelope in order to be photographed.
NOTE: All players will be photographed.
TIME SAVING INFORMATION:
1. Please arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time.
2. Tuck-in shirts, straps & strings.
3. Proceed, with team, to Cashier station. All credit card payments will be processed. Check or cash
payments will be verified and be removed. All envelopes will be stamped PAID. If no purchase is
made, player information will be verified and envelopes will be marked accordingly
4. Teams will line up by height; tallest to shortest.
5. Teams will proceed to next available Photographer.
Each Coach and Player receives one 5 x 7 Team Photo
1- Composite Memory Mate (Team and Individual)
4- Wallet Photos
1- Photo Button

Parent Paid Program - If a parent spends $25 on any item or combination of items, they receive
Package F free! Package F consists of the following:

NO CAMERAS ALLOWED BEYOND CHECK-IN
Players and Coaches only beyond the check- in point. Parents will be asked to stay behind the roped-off
area. THIS IS AN INSURANCE REQUIREMENT
