General Rules
- Participants must be aware of the official game rules and abide by them.
- Participants must accept referees decisions with sports manlike conduct, without disputing
them.
- In case of doubt clarification may be requested only through the team captain.
- Participants must refrain from actions or attitudes aimed at influencing the decisions of the
referees or covering up faults committed by their teams.
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and courteously in the spirit of FAIR PLAY not
only towards the referees, but also towards other officials, the opponent, teammates and
spectators.
- All Players must show their valid AUB ID cards.
Basketball Rules and Regulations
1- Round Robin in each group. The first two teams from each group qualify
for the semi-final and final.
2- Each game will be played in 4 quarters of 10 minutes running.
3- FIBA rules will be applied.
4- The set time is when the game starts;
please show up 15 minutes earlier for warm up.
5- No individual can play in more than one team
6- No students are allowed to play.
7- 12 players may register per team
8- Casuals with valid ID cards can participate in this tournament.
