1. The attachment toolbox pilot project / consultation is
concluded and identified improvements are made the resource May 2016 – October 2016
before its publication in October 2017
2. Attachment lead practitioners ensure that all staff have access
to the attachment toolbox and promote its use when planning
and reviewing placements.

3. Attachment lead practitioners support staff to embed
attachment informed strategies using a coaching approach.

4. All bases in Kear Campus have the principles of an
attachment informed school displayed in the staff area along
with a spotlight on interventions.

5. Electronic support for attachment informed practice can be
accessed using GLOW / Website.

6. Regular focus groups monitor and review the implementation
of attachment aware approaches across Kear Campus.

7. Literacy is recognised to be at the heart of an attachment
aware school and the working group focus on strengthening
links between literacy resources (film, novels) to attachment
