Suicides
•Start on the baseline. This will be the start and
finish point.
•Sprint to the free throw line and back, half court
and back, far free throw line and back and then
to the far baseline and back. This is one suicide.
•Complete the drill as fast as you can ensuring
you touch each line.
•Tip: try shooting free throws in-between each
suicide to practise shooting whilst tired. Time
yourself or try to complete each suicide within a
certain time, try 30secs.
