The Village of Wabamun is putting up for bids a number of surplus items, tenders will be
accepted for these items until 10 am, Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Tenders must
be submitted in writing noting the item and amount bid for each item. Successful bidders
will have until 430 pm Monday, December 22 to pay the amount owing or the next
highest bid will be accepted. Some items may carry a reserve bid. Any bids submitted
which are less than the reserve amount will not be considered.
All sales are final and all items are sold as is where is with no warranty given or implied
CONDITIONS OF SALE
GST WILL BE ADDED TO BID PRICE
The mentioned equipment is being sold "as is where is" and may be viewed December
11 -12 between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. NO guarantee is offered on any equipment.
Tenders will be accepted at the Village Office via in person, fax or email, 5217 – 52 St.,
Wabamun, Ab., Bids should be in a sealed envelope marked "USED EQUIPMENT
TENDER"
Highest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
TERMS: CASH, DEBIT, MASTERCARD, VISA OR CERTIFIED CHEQUE
Payment must be made in full before equipment is released.
NO BID DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED.
The Village of Wabamun assumes no responsibility as to the age or condition of the
equipment and errors or omissions on this list. It is the purchaser's responsibility to
confirm age, condition, etc.
Equipment is to be removed by the successful bidder within one week of tender being
awarded. The Village of Wabamun is not responsible for late bids.
