“Apple Watch Client Poll” Contest
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
TO PARTICIPATE
The contest will be held in all La Cage – Brasserie sportive restaurants from October 3rd 2016 to February 5th 2017 at
11:59 PM. The contest is open to people of all ages. Any winner under the legal age of eighteen (18) years old must be
accompanied by an adult in order to claim their prize.
To enter, you must complete the La Cage – Brasserie sportive client poll at www.cage-satisfaction.ca. The client must
complete the form and answer the following fields in order for their entry to be considered valid: complete name,
complete civic address, telephone number, e-mail address. Once completed, you automatically become eligible for the
contest.
Please refer to the “Admissibility” section to learn about the conditions to be eligible to enter the contest.
Two ways to enter:
1- With an invoice. Go to this address www.cage-satisfaction.ca and enter the 15 number poll code, as found
on your invoice. Follow the instructions and answer all the questions on the questionnaire to become
eligible. One entry per invoice. A limit of one entry per IP address per 7-day period.
2- Without an invoice. Go to this address www.cage-satisfaction.ca. Choose the option “Complete our poll
without an invoice”. Follow the instructions and answer all the questions on the questionnaire to become
eligible. A limit of one entry per IP address per 7-day period.
PRIZES
4 Apple Watch for the duration of the contest. More precisely one (1) Apple Watch will be drawn on October 31st 2016,
December 5th 2016, January 9th 2017 and February 6th 2017 for a total of four (4) Apple Watch. Finalists will have up to
48 hours after the date the winners are announced to accept their prize by completing and returning within the set
delay the prize acceptance form, failing which, the prize will considered unclaimed.
On October 31st 2016, December 5th 2016, January 9th 2017 and February at 11:00 AM in Boucherville, at the head
office of Groupe Sportscene Inc., a random draw will be made amongst the forms completed prior to October 30th
2016, December 4th 2016, January 8th 2017 and February 5th 2017 at 11:59 PM, for a total of (4) Apple Watch.
The chances of winning vary depending on the number of participants who have correctly completed the client
satisfaction form.
The prizes offered are:
Grand prize: Four (4) Apple Watch. The total approximate value of the prizes is $1 800. It will be up to the winner to
collect their prize at the La Cage – Brasserie sportive restaurant closest to them.
The indicated prize value is in Canadian dollars. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The
prize must be accepted as given and cannot be transferred, substituted or exchanged for cash except at the sole
discretion of the promoters. If the prize cannot be given as described, the promoters reserve the right to substitute it
with a similar prize of equal value. Prizes will only be given to confirmed winners. Winners have 48 hours to accept
their prize, failing which, the prize will be considered unclaimed.
ELIGIBILITY
The contest is open to Quebec residents of all ages. Any winner who is under the legal age of eighteen (18) must be
accompanied by an adult in order to receive their prize. Employees, agents and representatives of Groupe Sportscene
Inc. and anyone living with them are excluded from the contest. Any additional questions pertaining to this contest
must be addressed by e-mail to Groupe Sportscene Inc. at [email protected]. Contest rules are available at
www.cage.ca/concours-satisfaction.
Declaration and release documents must be returned within the time specified in the documents, failing which the
prize will be forfeited. Prior to being declared a winner of a prize, whatever it may be, the selected participant must
first correctly answer a time limited mathematical skill testing question, and complete the form provided for this
purpose. Each of the winners will have 48 hours following the prize announcement date to provide the duly completed
legal documents mentioned below to the head office of Groupe Sportscene Inc. by e-mail or fax at 450-641-9742.
In order to be declared contest winners, the selected participants may be asked to duly sign a declaration of
compliance with the contest rules and a liability waiver releasing Groupe Sportscene Inc. (the promoter), their
respective advertising agencies, the oversight body of the competition, the provincial liquor boards, the members of
these groups, and all of their directors, officers, owners, partners, employees, agents, representatives, successors and
respective assignees (collectively, the "discharge beneficiaries") from any liability in connection with this contest or
prizes.
By entering this contest, participants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information for the
purpose of administering this contest. By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their names, addresses (city,
province), voice, statements, photographs or other likenesses for publicity purposes without further notice or
compensation. Personal information will not otherwise be used or disclosed without consent. The sponsors assume no
responsibility for entries that may be delayed, malfunctions, human or technical errors.
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools,
des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie for
the sole purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement. The decisions of the supervisory body of the contest are
final and binding on all matters relating to this contest. Promoters and other discharge beneficiaries shall not be
responsible for entries that are illegible, incomplete, lost, misdirected or delivered late, these will be canceled. All
entries become the property of the sponsor and will not be returned. Only selected participants will be contacted. The
contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws.
Subject to obtaining the approval of the province of Quebec Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux, the promoters
reserve the right to modify or cancel this contest at any time without notice if any factor interferes with its proper
conduct, according to what is contemplated by these official rules. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing,
the promoter reserves the right, subject to the conditions set forth above, to cancel this competition if an error in the
production, distribution, printing or other event or other error causes a greater number of prizes than the stipulated
number of a prize category are claimed. In such cases, the prizes that have not already been allocated may be awarded
by choosing at random from all eligible entries a claimant to whom an award has not already been awarded.
