FOR EXTENDED CHILD SERVICES
The Cherry Creek School District requires fingerprints on all employees for the purpose of a criminal background check.
ALL INDIVIDUALS BEING HIRED INTO A POSITION WITH THE EXTENDED CHILD SERVICES PROGRAM WILL
BE REQUIRED TO TURN IN TWO FINGERPRINT CARDS.
BE SURE THE PERSON FINGERPRINTING YOU USES THE CORRECT ADDRESS,
REASON AND CODING ON THE FINGERPRINT CARDS

Fingerprint Instructions
To get fingerprints done, please go to a Police or Sheriff’s Department. The following are suggestions of several locations that offer
fingerprinting or you may go to any licensed location. The fee will be the responsibility of the employee and must be paid at the time
the fingerprints are taken. Once the fingerprints are taken please bring the card along with your completed hire packet to Human
Resources for processing.
