Raffle Drawing for Taste and Toast on May 17, 2014

NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION OF NASSAU HUMANE SOCIETY PRODUCT NECESSARY.
Purchase of a raffle ticket from Nassau Humane Society is required to be entered for a chance to win
one of the four eligible prizes. Tickets are $10 for one ticket and $25 for three tickets.
Participant cannot select their own numbered ticket.
HOW TO ENTER: The staff and volunteers of Nassau Humane Society will sell raffle tickets for a
chance to win eligible prizes. A total of four tickets will be drawn from collection of all eligible raffle
tickets. The first three drawings, the winners can select from any of the three baskets -- "Fun Things
to Do Around Town," "Taste of Fernandina," and "Time to Relax." The Grand Prize raffle ticket will
be drawn last and the winner will receive Four (4) Disney One-day Hopper Passes and a two-night
stay at the Gaylord Palms Resort in Florida.
1. DRAWING : On May 17, 2014 a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by
Nassau Humane Society at the Taste and Toast held at the Florida House Inn. Odds of winning
depend upon the number of entries received. Winners do not need to be present.
2. ELIGIBILITY Sweepstakes is open to all legal U.S. residents 18 years or older as of 5/9/14.
Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal , state, and local laws and regulations. By participating
in Nassau Humane Society, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and regulations and the decision
of the judges, which shall be final.
2. HOW TO CLAIM PRIZE : Winner will be notified by phone if not present at the Taste and Toast
event and required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and, where legal, a
Publicity Release which must be returned within 14 days after prize notification or prize will be
forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Nassau Humane Society (Sponsors) is not responsible for
printing or typographical errors in any raffle-sweepstakes related materials or stolen, lost, late,
misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible raffle entries. Sponsors reserve the right to
cancel or modify the Raffle Sweepstakes if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity
of the Raffle Sweepstakes as determined by the Sponsors in its discretion. Sponsor will have no
liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Raffle Sweepstakes or any prize awarded .
4. WINNERS LIST. For name of winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to "Nassau
Humane Society" Sweepstakes Winner, P.O. Box 16090, Fernandina Beach, FL 32035 . Requests
must be received by 7/01/14.
6. PRIVACY POLICY: All information provided to Nassau Humane Society is held in strict
confidence and will not be given to a third party.
