What is the Waynesboro Senior Center Bingo Players Club? The Club is for Bingo players who play Bingo at the
Waynesboro Senior Center on a regular basis and wish to receive a financial reward for their purchases.
Does any other local Bingo Hall have a Bingo Players Club like this? No, we are the only one.
Why are you doing this? To reward you for playing with us.
Who’s eligible to join? Anyone 18 years of age and older.
How do I join? Complete the attached form at any time and give it to any of our volunteers; the sooner you do
that, the sooner you’ll start earning rewards.
What do I receive to get started? A Players Club Card the size of a credit card with our contact information on one
side and a bar code on the other.
Can other players use my card? No.
Can I use the card at other Bingo halls? No.
How do I use my Players’ Club Card: Present it when you purchase your admission ticket, packs, and supplies at
our Sales Table.
What do you do with it? We’ll scan the bar code on the back of your Card, and return the Card to you.
What happens when you do that? Our Point of Sale System picks up your account number on your Card and
associates you with your purchase.
What else happens? Your Players Club account “points” increase 1 cent for every 1 dollar spent.
Do I get points when I first sign up even if it’s before I get my Players Club Card? Yes, we’ll start you off with 100
points, $1.00
How can I use the points? You can pay for future purchases of packs and bingo supplies with your available points,
saving you money! Just let us know that at the time of purchase. We can also tell you your account balance, and it
is on your receipt.
Can I use the points for purchasing pull-tabs, instants, food and beverages from the Lucky Duck café? No.
How will you use the personal information I give you? Your information will only be available to our Bingo
Managers and Cashiers as they use the Point of Sale System. If you give us permission on the Players Club
Enrollment Form, we may send you information from time to time about Valley Program for Aging Services.
Can I discontinue my membership in the Players Club at any time? Yes, let the Cashier know that; your
information will be deleted from our Point of Sale System.
