$40 - ½ page w/ or w/out picture (4 ½” x 3 ½”), 240 characters max inc spaces.
$80 – full page w/ or w/out picture (4 ½“ x 7”), 240 characters max inc spaces.

$2.00 – per 70 characters (including spaces), as many lines as desired.

Mail all tributes/shoutouts to Diane Eland at [email protected]. Include desired
characters and picture document in high resolution .tiff or .jpg file format.
Send all payments to Katie Soukup at KHS Music Department. Please put payment
in envelope marked with YOUR name and copy of email sent to Diane Eland. Make
checks payable to “KHS Activities”.
Tribute/Shout-outs and payment are due by March 1, 2014 – No exceptions
Tributes/Shout-outs will not be included in playbill if payment is not received.
KHS reserves the right to edit for content and/or formatting needs.
