to 100 persons. The center’s main room can be used for meeting or dining functions,
with 1,800 square feet of space lit and warmed by chandeliers and a wood-burning
fireplace. A stage and separate bar area provides the center further flexibility, and in true
Southern fashion, an elegant, spacious porch lines the front of the building. Staff can
arrange catered food services or prepare customized meals in the Conference Center’s
commercial kitchen.
The Landing’s Magnolia Room provides an additional 900 square feet of
entertaining space for meeting attendees. Connected to the Conference Center by a
covered walkway and wrapped in a bright white exterior, the Magnolia Room stands out
amid the property’s lush natural landscape. Constructed in the Landing’s signature
vernacular-style with large windows, the octagonal space has a tin roof, shaker accents,
and hardwood floors. The Magnolia Room can easily accommodate 40 persons for
executive retreats, and provides a serving kitchen convenient for breakout sessions. A
unique outdoor area adjoins the two buildings, featuring an ornate fountain covered in
glass tiles to capture the light, and an 8-person table for additional seating.
For board meetings and conferences, Steinhatchee Landing offers smaller, more
intimate rooms in the two to four-bedroom cottages. Fax and copy services are
conveniently available at the Welcome Center.
The Resort’s sprawling 35 acres are dotted with footbridges and gazebos,
providing plenty of locations for outdoor events, whether on the croquet lawn alongside
