Guidelines
Application Deadline
Terms of Cancellation
Shipping Information
The deadline for the sponsorship application is
March 3, 2017. To complete your sponsorship contract,
you must sign the Terms and Conditions and return
with your sponsorship registration and payment form.
Return form to [email protected].
There will be no refunds issued after point of sale, and the full balance
of the sponsorship invoice must be paid on or before February 3, 2017.
All Early Bird contracts must pay 50% of their full amount on or before
December 31, 2016 and remaining balance will be paid on or before
February 3, 2017. Any unpaid balance is due at time of cancellation.

management company (Freeman).

Liability and Security
General
If you submit a contract before December 31, 2016,
you will receive a percentage off an À La Carte
sponsorship item of your choice. Platinum 25%,
Gold 25%, Silver 15%, Exhibitor 10%.
Hotel security will be provided from 5:00 pm on Sunday, July 22, 2017
until the Saba Sponsorship Hall concludes at 8:00 pm on Wednesday,
July 26, 2017. Although security is provided, we recommend you keep
your laptop or other equipment with you when you are not in the area.

A block of rooms has been reserved for the event at the Westin Boston
Waterfront. Please use our housing site (found in exhibitor toolkit)

Flair Game
What is flair? Think back to the Office Space and Jennifer Anniston’s requirement to wear flair to her waitress job. As a carry over to badging
on the community and to promote engagement, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in earning and collecting flair throughout
the conference. Some attendees will be able to collect flair for previous activities like RUG speaking and hosting. Everyone will be able to
earn flair for visiting booths, virtual activities and other planned activities. Sponsors who would like to hand out branded flair at their booths or
personally throughout the conference can buy this sponsorship package.
