Dear Teachers and Administrators,
Thank you for selecting the Pacific Science Center for your field trip! In order to eliminate the need for
parents to prepare a lunch in advance, we provide the option to pre-order a tasty brown bag lunch.
We offer a choice of Turkey, Ham, or Peanut Butter and Strawberry Jelly sandwiches, bag of potato
chips, fruit cup, Oreo cookies and apple juice for the price of only $5.50 (plus tax). There is a minimum
requirement of 10 lunches ordered.
Please follow these steps when ordering lunches:
1) Copy Lunch Order Form below for the parents (include due date on form) and distribute.
2) Collect Lunch Order Forms and money from the parents.
3) Compile orders for your entire group and fax Master Order Form (located on the back of this
sheet) to (206) 443-3631 at least 5 working days prior to your field trip to ensure efficient and
prompt delivery.
4) Bring the Master Order Form and a check (payable to Pacific Science Center) for the total
amount to the Fountains Café in Building 1 at your pick-up time.
5) You can eat in the Fountains Café or in our designated brown bag areas (subject to
availability).
