Introduction
This workshop deals with the dynamics of understanding human interaction so that one can become more aware of
their own behavioural styles that may pose barriers to cultivating a win-win atmosphere at work. With a win-win
attitude, we hold a belief that everyone can win and all can succeed through the decisions and actions in which we
all participate.
Underpinning a win-win attitude is an ability to work with passion. Enjoying work is the process of honing the
positive aspects of one’s profession. Explore techniques to develop an enthusiasm and motivation for work.
