Manage Genealogy Holes

This article explains how to fill or compress holes within the genealogy database. No.: Record
numberPosition Id: Genealogy position in the databaseGenealogy: Genealogy structureGenealogy
sponsor: Sponsor of the position in the genealogy database, if no sponsor is shown, it simply mean
the user that previously occupied the position does not have a genealogy sponsor upline.Direct
sponsor: the user that directly referred this user that previously owns the position. if no sponsor is
shown, it means the user was added or signup without a sponsor.Total downline: number of total
genealogy downline positions is under the position.Date added: date the user or position was
removed from the genealogy.
Plexum offer two types of actions that can be taken on a genealogy hole, Compression and Position
re-assignment.
Compress Position
Click to compress the genealogy hole position, the genealogy hole position will be compressed up
within the genealogy where the hole belong. Please see a Genealogy Compression article for
more explanation on compression effect, click here.
Assign Position to User
Enter a username of an IBO member to assign the genealogy hole position and the IBO member
must not already have a downline within the same genealogy. If it's successful, the specified IBO
member will assume the new position and its downline members, this action may cause the
previous genealogy sponsor to lose the IBO from its genealogy downline.
Downline Genealogy
This shows the downline under the genealogy hole position.
Move Genealogy Position

This article explains how to move IBO's genealogy position from their current upline sponsor to
another IBO member
Note: Moving genealogy position will automatically restructure the genealogy where its moved
from and where its moved to, which means some members may lose downlines and some may gain
downlines. Moving genealogy positions  is not recommended for common usage, use only
extremely necessary. Move User Genealogy: enter username of the IBO member you want to move
its genealogy position. To New Sponsor Genealogy: enter username of the IBO member the position
is being moved to. Make this Sponsor the new Referred Sponsor: checkmark the checkbox to make
the new sponsor the referring sponsor (Direct Sponsor). If the checkbox is not marked, the IBO
member will retain its original referring sponsor (Direct sponsor) but the genealogy sponsor will be
changed based on this request. Apply to Genealogy Structure: Checkmark the genealogy type
structure to move position in.
Click on the Submit ::. button to submit the request.
After submission, you will be provided with list of genealogy type structure selected, simply click on
(Move Genealogy Now) link to finalized the position move on each genealogy.

Manage Genealogy Placement

This article explains how Genealogy Placement works. This feature is only available if Genealogy
Placement is enabled on your genealogy preferences, see Preferences on the genealogy type you
intend on using Placement on, click here.
Genealogy Placement allow users to manually place their personal recruit anywhere within their
downline genealogy. When new user signs up, the user is put into a holding bin on the genealogy
database that has this feature enabled, the sponsor will have a pre-defined number of hours to act
before the system automatically assign the new signee to a spot within the sponsor genealogy.
Administrators can either automatically place pending users into their sponsor genealogy or assign
it to someone under their sponsor downline genealogy. No.: placement number. Status: shows
status of the placement (e.g. Pending or Placed), Pending is when the user has not been placed and
Placed is when the user has been placed under someone either by the administrator, sponsor or
automatically by the system. Time remaining: time remaining before automatic placement is
activated by the system. User: name and username of the new recruit Direct sponsor: sponsor
name and username. Class rank: class where the new recruit signed up into. Genealogy: genealogy
name where the placement will be made. Date added: date when the placement record is created.
Plexum offer two types of actions that can be taken on a holding genealogy position placement,
Automatic Placement and Placement User Downline.
Automatic Placement
Click on "Place Now ::." button to for the system to automatically determine the next available spot
within the Direct sponsor genealogy and place the new recruit.
Placement under Downline
select a downline member from the dropdown list to assign the new recruit, then click on the "Place
Now ::." button to process your request. Downline donated with (*) are personally recruited by
the Direct sponsor of the new recruit awaiting placement.
