2016 So far…….I hope everyone had a great half term and Valentine’s
Day. It’s been a great start to 2016. Loads of hard work happening in
classes, Audacity Youth Company have started rehearsals and
fundraising, a brilliant exam session, great exam results and we will
begin competition dances for the first time ever! There is loads more to
come in 2016 so hope your looking forward to a fun packed year a
head!
Uniform - General uniform items can be ordered whenever required
and are all exchangeable if the sizing is not right. Only uniform that has
the AGSOD logo on it has to be ordered in bulk. The next AGSOD
order will be made on the 29th February. Please make sure you use
the size guide on the notice board as AGSOD uniform CANNOT be
exchanged. All orders need to be paid for at the time of order and
written out on an envelope. I cannot take uniform orders via email, text
or social media. I will no longer be selling sneakers, apart from the few
I have left in stock. If you need help ordering sneakers I can give you
advice on where to purchase them from.
Class Fees - This is a polite reminder that dance fees need to be paid
at the start of lessons on a weekly or half termly basis ONLY and that
full fees are due for any missed classes . Please note that if a text
reminder regarding fees is sent out more than once per half term a late
charge will be added to your fees. Please visit the website to view the
payment policy, where further details are available. Please double
check your payment of fees as there were a lot of payments incorrectly
added up last half term: ½ hr class £2.30, 3/4hr class £3.40,
Audacity £4.50
Exams - The March exam timetable is on the notice board and
website. Please check that your child’s name is spelt correctly and that
he/she has been entered for the correct exam. March exam fees are
due on or before the 10th March. Please encourage your child to use
the YouTube tutorials to practice and ensure they attend the final three
lessons prior to their exam. If you child is taking an exam at the May or
June session you will receive a letter about it after Easter.
