No one chooses to become gay, it
depends on how one was created

Kenyan media ignored
the controversy generated
by Sebastian Coe, president
of the International Associa
tion of Athletics Federations
(IAAF), who declared he would
appeal the ruling by the Court
of Arbitration for Sport, which
decided against testosterone
monitoring of female athletes.
The poster child for this
controversy is South African
runner Caster Semenya, who

patriotism and profound disap
pointment that the 'Eldoret

ticipated gold medal, but I was
dreadfully wrong.

The accusation is that with her

Semenya has an advantage over
other female athletes. Testo

Yet, no one has raised these
issues.
The salient issue from this
saga is how we determine what
is "normal" or "natural". And
this is especially relevant when
