promoters Evgeny Finkelstein (PMI Group) and Nadezhda Solovyova (SAV Entertainment) and
has been the ticketing market leader for the last 12 years. The vast experience in promotional
activities and regular organisation of top-notch concerts has guaranteed KASSIR.RU a large
amount of exclusive events. It has organised concerts of the world class stars like Elton John,
Madonna, Depeche Mode, Sting, Shakira, the Roger Waters Show (Pink Floyd), Metallica,
Rolling Stones and others, as well as the best Russian stars like Alla Pugacheva, Philipp
Kirkorov, Larisa Dolina, Dmitri Hvorostovsky and others.
Presently, KASSIR.RU is dynamically expanding and has its own regional branches in
Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Perm, Chelyabinsk, Rostov-on-Don,
Volgograd, Krasnodar and other Russian cities (14 in total) and four cities in Ukraine. The
company aims to have offices in most Russian cities with a population of over 500 thousand
people by the end of 2012. The regional branches will offer modern and convenient services to
clients.
The company has over 5 years of experience as a ticket operator engaged in the
implementation of projects involving managing ticket quotas on a “turnkey basis”. The process
of managing the overall allocation of tickets includes being able to automatically control access
to the ticket sales website, allocating tickets, creating a seating plan for various events while
taking into account different price zones and categories, functioning as the distribution centre for
the available tickets, effective handling of seat quotas, assigning to various distribution channels,
accepting various methods of payment, selling tickets at venues, reevaluation of tickets,
withdrawal from and return to the market.

distribution for large-scale entertainment events.
1) KASSIR.RU has been cooperating with Planet Plus, the largest promoting company of
St. Petersburg, for twelve years. During this time, KASSIR.RU has organised successful
ticket distribution for concerts of such world class stars as Depeche Mode, Roxette,
Rolling Stones as well as various Russian stars (Alla Pugacheva and the Golden
Gramophone Awards).
2) In cooperation with the promoting company EM Concert, KASSIR.RU has held concerts
of such world class stars as SCORPIONS, CHEMICAL BROTHERS, MOBY, Elton
John, Ray Cooper and RAMMSTEIN.
KASSIR.RU has introduced the system of a “turnkey” distribution centre into the ticket sales
strategy of EM Concert (St. Petersburg), which is one of the event organising companies which
have introduced this change. The organiser only determines the date, place and the concert’s
gross. After that, KASSIR.RU takes care of the rest, including the pricing of the venue, drawing
up the venue’s technical scheme, distributing the ticket quota between St. Petersburg’s operators,
tracking the sales of available tickets, reevaluation, printing of invitations and analyzing the
sales.
This ticket sales system largely simplifies the work of the event’s organisers. Event organisers
from other Russian regions enthusiastically use this distribution system. Over the last three years
of work of the distribution centre, the number of the event organisers who have transferred the
management of the ticketing centre to KASSIR.RU has tripled.
KASSIR.RU also functions as a distribution centre for such companies as SAV Entertainment
(Moscow), TCI (Moscow), the Concert Agency “Melnitsa” (Moscow), the Promoting company
“S. P. Concert” (St. Petersburg) and many other major Russian entertainment event organisers.

Furthermore, as part of the 15th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, KASSIR.RU
was the exclusive ticket operator for the concert given by Sting, which took place in Palace
Square. The company’s ticket sales accounted for 70% of the total tickets sold.
KASSIR.RU is the official ticket distributor of the Russian Football Union, Zenit Football
Club, SKA Hockey Club, St. Petersburg Open Tennis Tournament, Spartak Basketball Club, and
the company was also the exclusive ticket distributor for the London 2012 Olympics in Russia.
KASSIR.RU is also the provider of the automated access control system and software for the
finalising of tickets and admission of spectators to the Yekaterinburg Central Stadium, which
reopened after reconstruction on 19 August 2011.
International experience in the sphere of sports
The objectives of KASSIR.RU included selling over 16,700 tickets to the London Olympics,
which took place in July-August of 2012.
Apart from that, KASSIR.RU promoted the event in Russia.
As part of ticket sales, KASSIR.RU was involved in:
1. Accepting preliminary applications for purchasing tickets from the general public
through a website and a call centre;
2. Processing of received applications and the formation of orders with subsequent sales;
3. Directly selling tickets through the website and the network of retail outlets;
4. Forming and selling various packages.
Large-scale sporting projects of KASSIR.RU:
KASSIR.RU is a ticketing partner of such organisations as:
1. The Russian Football Union (RFU). Jointly with the RFU, KASSIR.RU has organised
friendly matches of the Russian national team and, which is equally important,
qualifying matches for the 2012 European Football Championships. In 2011 alone,
over 150 thousand tickets were sold for the matches of the Russian national team,
which totals over 150 million roubles. During the qualifying matches, the stadiums
were over 80% full. During the sale of tickets to the matches vs. Ireland and
Macedonia, a package system was introduced, where a customer could purchase
tickets to both matches on more favourable conditions. In 2011, KASSIR.RU was
directly involved in the opening of the new stadium in Yekaterinburg, which has a
capacity of 27,000. A modern system of admission to the stadium was developed,
which ensues security and includes German full-height turnstiles Kaba Kentaur FTSL01.
2. Since 2009, KASSIR.RU has been the ticketing partner of the Zenit Football Club.
Furthermore, starting from the 2011-2012 season, it has had exclusive rights to sell
tickets for the team’s home matches. The Petrovsky Stadium, which has a capacity of
23,000, is 100% full at each match.
3. In 2010, KASSIR.RU signed a contract with the SKA Hockey Club. KASSIR.RU is
also the exclusive ticket operator for their home matches in St. Petersburg, which take
place in the Ice Palace, with a capacity of 12,000. Thanks to the support of
KASSIR.RU’s IT experts, the company’s ticket distribution system was integrated
with the system of SKA Hockey Club, which allows selling tickets in real time and
from one location.
4. KASSIR.RU has been a 5-year partner in ticket distribution for the St. Petersburg
International Open Tennis Tournament.
5. In the spring of 2011, because of the earthquake in Japan, the World Figure Skating
Championships were transferred to the Russian Federation. KASSIR.RU became a
ticketing partner of the Figure Skating Federation and organised ticket sales for the
exhibition performances which were held after the competition took place in Moscow
and St. Petersburg.
