Call for Case Presentations
AOASM 30th Annual Clinical Conference

The Program Committee of the 30th Annual Clinical Conference of the American Osteopathic
Academy of Sports Medicine invites you to submit a Case Presentation for the meeting in
Philadelphia, PA. The submission guidelines are listed below. All Case Presentations must be
received at the AOASM National Office by 10:00 pm PST on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Case
Presentations received after this deadline will be returned.
These should be complex cases, which involve complications or uncommon diagnoses. Case
Presentations will be either presented as a podium presentation or as a poster presentation. By
submitting your case, you agree to present it in the format chosen by the case review team. If your
case is not selected for podium presentation, we encourage you to present it as a poster. Please
indicate on this form which type of presentation you prefer. By checking one of these boxes, it is only
a preference, therefore, you will still agree to present in the format chosen by the Case Presentation
Reviewing Committee. (Case reviewers will be blinded to authors’ names and affiliated institutions.)
Case Presentations selected for podium presentation will be required to submit their
PowerPoint presentation in early April. Podium presentations will take place on Thursday, April 23,
2015. Each accepted podium presentation will be 12 minutes for the presentation. Case Submissions
selected for poster presentation will be presented on Wednesday, April 22. At least one Author must
be present. (The primary Author will be notified in late March of the review committee’s decision on
format if submission was selected to be presented at this year’s conference.)

PDF) to Brooke Miller, AOASM Senior Meeting Planner, at [email protected].
IMPORTANT: Please type “AOASM CASE PRESENTATION–Your Name” in the subject line of
the email.
