Health Online Leadership Projects 50 Points

Health Leadership Projects
Promoting life-long healthy habits is one of the main goals for this class. All unit projects are
designed to reinforce classroom activities through individual application, practice and processing of unit
skills.
 Some projects require a parent signature (SR) and validating statement (VS). This is indicated after
the point value of each project. No credit will be given for corresponding projects if proper
signatures or validating statements are not present. See below.
o SR = Signature Required (by parent/guardian or interviewee)
o VS = Validating Statement (at minimum a one sentence description of activity by
parent/guardian)
 All projects must be word processed and presented neatly in a small 3 ring binder or project report
cover. Remember to include your name, class title/period, and the date that you are submitting the
project.
 All unit projects are given a number. You must include what project number you are completing on
your paper in the heading.
