form. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are compulsory.
Assignments
Assignments sent directly to CIM will not be accepted. All
assignments must be submitted through your study centre
along with a copy of your assessment booking
confirmation. Please note that assignment briefs change each
session, even for resits.
Examinations
You will be assigned an examination location by CIM. If you
cannot sit your examination at the designated location, you
must inform us within seven days of receiving your
assessment confirmation email. Once examination venues are
confirmed to you by email at the close of the booking window,
no changes can be made. Please note that case studies change
each session, even for resits.
Bespoke Examination Centres
If you are unable to attend an exam at one of our established
venues, CIM may be able to arrange a bespoke exam centre for
you, which is not available to book online. This cannot be
guaranteed, and will incur a non-refundable administration fee
of £35 in addition to the assessment fee. If the bespoke centre
is outside of the UK, you may also be required to pay local fees
to the authority conducting the examinations. These fees are
payable in advance, direct to the examination centre. For more

Cancellations and Deferrals
Assessments can be cancelled within seven days of receiving
your assessment booking confirmation email from CIM. Fees
are non-refundable and will be placed in credit on your
account. Please note that bookings made in the late entry
period may not be cancelled. You may apply to defer
assessments to future sessions; see MyCIM for details,
deadlines and conditions, or contact your tutor.

Reasonable Adjustments
If you have Reasonable Adjustments for your examinations or
believe you may require them, please liaise with your study
centre. You are strongly advised to read the Reasonable
Adjustments Policy on MyCIM.

Bookings cannot be accepted unless you are
enrolled with an accredited study centre
(ASC).

Assessment entry form deadlines
Entries via your study centre or British Council: 17 Feb
2017. This is the date by which applications need to be
received at CIM. The date by which they must be submitted to
your institution will be earlier. Please contact them for details.
Entries online via MyCIM: 03 March 2017
Late Entry Deadlines: 17 March (exams) or 24 March
(assignments). In addition to the assessment fee, a fee of
£100 per unit is applicable for bookings made between 03
March 2017 and the above dates.

A cheque or credit/debit card details must accompany this form in order for it to be processed, unless you have money in credit on your CIM account and have
indicated this as your method of payment.

Please note we cannot invoice companies and/or individuals, and all memberships and assessments must be paid at the time of registration.

CIM or your study centre will offer you the facility to sit your exam(s) in one of our designated exam venues, usually within 1.5 hours of your location. CIM will
endeavour to but cannot guarantee that a bespoke centre will be available if you are unable to attend these venues. If you do opt not to sit your examinations at
a designated location, please note that you will be required to pay an administration fee.

For students taking examinations outside the UK, additional local fees may be charged by the examination centre. Students are advised to contact their
examination centre in advance for confirmation.

If you are based in Africa, the British Council may collect your application and assessment fees on your behalf in local currency.
