1. All applications for Industrial Land or Complex must be submitted to DARe (Darussalam Enterprise).
Each application must be submitted with a cover letter and a complete application form to the

2. All applications must be fully completed using the given application form (as attached).
3. Eligibility:
a. For Industrial Land applications, companies must be registered as Private Limited (SDN
BHD).
b. For Industrial Complex applications, owner(s) of the business/company must be of Brunei
citizen holding a yellow Identification Card. Businesses registered as Sole Proprietorship or
Partnership are expected to be willing to convert the business into a SDN BHD once
approval has been granted.
4. Submitted applications shall be subject to the availability and suitability of the land/complex.
5. All applicants for Industrial Land or Complex MUST be registered and/or update their business
information with ‘Business Reporting Portal’ at www.business.gov.bn/SitePages/OBR.aspx
6. All applicants MUST also be registered with ‘JobCentre Brunei’ at www.jobcentrebrunei.gov.bn
