RULES & REGULATIONS
1. USTA rules will be followed and enforced, including “The Code of
Conduct.”
2. Players must check in prior to match time; 15-minute default rule will
be enforced. Warm-up time limited to 5 minutes.
3. Tournament Director will determine the format of play.
4. Entry fees must be paid in full to be placed in the draw; no refunds
after the draw is made. Make checks payable to the “City of Seattle”
and mail or deliver to Green Lake Community Center or register
online.
5. No telephone entries will be accepted.
6. The Tournament Committee reserves the right to cancel events with
insufficient entries
7. Entry deadline: Sat August 22th. No late entries.
8. Participants must play in either the boys or girls tournament
9. First match times will be available at Green Lake CC by 5pm Aug
26th. All entrants will receive a call and/or an e-mail.
