Terms and Conditions: Offer valid on products coded 722.892 and 722.904 only. Closing date for receipt of voucher
claims is 15 April 2013. Claim forms received after the closing date will not be accepted. Offer requires redemption of
product barcodes and provision of a secondary proof of purchase (receipt/invoice/delivery note) dated between 7
January – 15 March 2013. Applications are only valid if accompanied by the appropriate original barcode, photocopies
or fraudulent claims will not be accepted. The voucher entitles the bearer to use the voucher as full or part payment of

applications which are illegible, lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Please allow 14 days for delivery of Love2shop
