Player Pathway U13-U19
U13-U19 ECNL Team Player
You have made ECNL team for your age group and will attend all regular practices, showcases
and events. You will pay full ECNL fees and play on the ECNL team unless performance, attitude
or attendance becomes an issue. Purchase of Alabama FC (ECNL) kit is required.
U19/U18 ECNL Composite Team Player
A player on the composite team will train with both ECNL and RPL (Regional Premier League)
teams. (Must be on RPL Premier team to play on ECNL Composite team) The player will
compete in approximately 75% of the ECNL Composite League schedule plus 2 ECNL
Composite showcase events. A Composite team player will pay Premier team fees and must
purchase a BUSA and Alabama FC (ECNL) kit.
U13-U18 Premier Team Player competing in RPL
You have been selected to play on the BUSA Premier team competing in the Regional Premier
League. All players on this roster are part of ECNL Training Pool for each age group. At
ECNL coach’s discretion, you may have opportunity to train and play in games with ECNL
team as a member of this roster. These opportunities are based on Performance, Attitude,
and Attendance. Selection to this team is after ECNL tryouts and attendance at tryout is
expected to be selected for this team. You will pay Premier team fees and ECNL fees specific
to ECNL events you participate in. These players will have opportunity to compete in Alabama
State League, Alabama State Cup, Regional Premier League, college showcase events and with
ECNL composite team events and ECNL team. RPL Premier team players must purchase BUSA
kit and Alabama FC (ECNL) socks and shorts.
U13-U18 Premier and Select Teams
You have made one of our Premier or Select teams and will pay fees accordingly. These teams
will play in Alabama State League, Alabama State Cup and a few selected tournaments or college
showcases. Purchase of BUSA kit is required.
