approval to participate during the current season in any and all activities of the Fayetteville Youth Baseball, Inc. (FYB). Additionally, FYB has leased the premises known as Walker Park from
the City of Fayetteville under the premises that a protective fence was constructed along the north and south boundaries of the park. Parent/Guardian is put on Notice that the City of
Fayetteville has removed such fence, against the wishes of FYB. I/we assume all risks and hazards incident to such participation, including but not limited to the possibility of injuries resulting
from the activities themselves or from transportation to and from the activities: and in connection with such injuries, I/we hereby waive all rights against, release, absolve, indemnify, and
agree to hold harmless Fayetteville Youth Baseball, Inc., the organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, board members, and persons transporting my/our child, except to the extent and in
the amount covered by accident or liability insurance over and above the deductible.

Notes About the Upcoming 2017 Season
Leagues will play according to USSSA rules with minor FYB local rules in place.
Tryouts for ages 9-12 will be on Saturday, March 11; ages 13-15 will be on Saturday, March 11; (see chart for schedule). Practice
times will begin March 13, 2016. The league season will begin with an opening day extravaganza Saturday, April 8 with the season
completing by the end of June.
Tentatively, Saturday, May 6th there will be a second Saturday extravaganza with games played all day. Saturdays May 13th, May
20th and June 3rd will be reserved for make-up games. Additionally, FYB will host a USSSA Hogville Classic baseball tournament April
14th-16th and the USSSA 10AAA and 11AAA State Tournaments that will close the park to league games June 23rd-25th. The
park will be closed (no practice or game times) to league teams during those days. These tournaments help raise funds that allow us to
make league and facility improvements. Funds raised have allowed for new scoreboards, concession stand and a new public address
system at Walker and White River Parks. We look forward to funding continued improvements to our program.
Fayetteville Youth Baseball is now affiliated with both USSSA and Cal Ripken for Walker Park age groups and Babe Ruth for White
River age groups.
