North Lamar’s Franklin heads to Alcorn to play
ball Paris, Texas - North Lamar High School 2017 graduate, Javon Franklin, is joining the
Braves football team at Alcorn State University this coming fall. Alcorn is a NCAA
Division I school located in Lorman, Mississippi, and is a member of the Southwestern
Athletic Conference. With Franklin as he signs is his mother, Baisha, and father, Justin. Coaches
showing their support in back are NL Athletic Director Aaron Emeyabbi, David Hart,
Josh Shipman, Jarod Davidson, and NL Superintendent John McCullough. XXX
