Catered Dinner Party at Your Home for 8 (Dinner, Wine, Tea Tasting, and Live Music) Emily and Tom Kaplan, co‐founders and owners of Hugo’s Restaurants and their son Max will prepare a Journey Through the Senses in the comfort of your own home. Max and Tom will discuss your favorite foods and then create a menu with wine pairings for a three course dinner. Max has cooked at Hugo’s Restaurants, Hugo’s Tacos, Universal Café and Bix in San Francisco and is also a UCLA graduate of music composition and performance. While Max cooks, Tom and Emily will offer an experience of fine, rare Chinese teas. Dinner will be accompanied by a jazz duo featuring Max Kaplan (saxkaplan.com).
