Nominations open Wednesday 29th April 2015 and nominations will close when available cattle are allocated
The committee reserve the right to change or alter the program if necessary
All competitors compete at own risk
Nominations will only be accepted when payment, completed nomination form including ACA member numbers and signed
waiver has been received. No telephone or electronic entries accepted
Scratchings received after Saturday 9th May will incur a $10 fee, scratchings received after Wednesday 13th May will forfeit the
whole nomination amount unless extenuating circumstances

ACA membership is compulsory to compete.
Riders under 18 must wear approved safety helmets at all times
Any disputes will be settled by the management committee and the decision will be final
Once complete, your nomination form will be a tax invoice, please copy for your records
ACA Rule 11.12 applies to all stallions. The Killarney Campdraft
committee requires all stallions must be double tied at all times.
No juveniles or juniors are to handle a stallion at any time.
The committee reserves the right to alter or amend the program
at any time necessary.
