Exmouth Community College Saturday Aiming Higher Classes 2017 Year 10,11,12,13 The classes will run on 7 Saturdays in the Spring Term which will provide you with an opportunity to work through areas in subjects that you have difficulty with, so that you can improve your GCE/GCSE grades. The dates for the classes are 14th, 21ST,, 28th January; 4th, 25th February 4th, 11th March and will run from 9.00am until 12.00. Students do not have to wear school uniform and should bring their own refreshments for break. In order for classes to run effectively and to conform to the College’s Health & Safety policy, we are not allowing students to turn up on the day. Students must book a place ASAP, and return the booking form by the end of this term. Bookings will not be accepted after Christmas. There is no charge for these extra classes. What you have to do: 1. Look at the attached timetable and decide which Saturday sessions you want to attend. 2.
CIRCLE the sessions you wish to attend. One for each Saturday. 3. Complete the ‘STUDENT COPY’ on this page as well so you know what sessions you have chosen. 4. Complete your personal details with the parent permission slip and return to the KS4 office with your circled timetable. 5. Please note on timetable some subjects are by invitation only and you will be notified nearer the date if this affects you and adjustment to choices will be made. 6. Please return the booking form by the end of this term ‐ unfortunately you will not be able turn up on the day and bookings will not be accepted after Christmas.
