Swim Team Apparel FAQs
CAUTION: You’re entering the SHARK ZONE!
There are a lot of date and information coming your way. Hopefully this document will
help answer any questions you might have. Be sure to calendar on of these events so
that you can be sure to have your swimwear and spirit attire ready for the season
opening time trial and pictures on June 4th.
Making Waves will provide all our swim attire this year. Items will include team suits
from QSwimwear, swim cap, parka, fins, goggles, back pack, Shark mouth t-shirts,
sweatshirts, shorts, pants, jackets, and hats.
When can I order my swimwear and spirit attire?
There are two opportunities to place your orders for swimwear and spirit attire:
Order at “Back to Pool Night” - March 6th: 4-6pm
Try-on/order team suit, swim accessories and spirit apparel from MakingWaves.
We will continue with our Diablo Blue Shark Wave design which was introduced
for the 2015 season. Target delivery date is our first summer swim practice dates
May 2nd & 3rd.
“Last Call” Apparel Order Event – May 2nd and 3rd during first summer swim
practice.
Orders placed at the March 6th event can be picked up pool side and there will be
opportunities for taking last chance orders for team suit, swim accessories and
spirit apparel. This is your absolute LAST CHANCE to place an order. Target
delivery date is May 28th and can be picked up at the club swim office.
When will my order from “Last Call” Apparel Order Event (May 2-3) arrive?
Target delivery date is May 28th. Your items can be picked up at the club swim office.
What do I do if I can’t attend one of the events where I can order my swimwear and
spirit attire?
If you are unable to attend a face-to-face event please visit the online store for ordering
your swim and spirit attire. Online store - https://www.makingwavesusa.com/team/
and search for Diablo Country Club.
There’s a problem with my order… (e.g. wrong size, wrong item, item missing)
We Highly recommend you TRY ON: try on team swimsuits at one of the events on
March 6th or May 2nd-3rd. Once ordered no returns will be accepted.

What happens if I missed both events to place my order?
It’s not too late to order a custom suit. Use the online store https://www.makingwavesusa.com/team/ and search for Diablo Country Club.
However, you might not have it in time for the first event on June 4th. Please call Sean
Ryan to confirm dates and shipping for your ordered pieces. The alternative option is
Nike/Tyr Royal Blue suit available online at swimoutlet.com or any retailer online. Or
via NorCal Swim Shop (Phone: (925) 933-7946; 2054-D Treat Blvd. Walnut Creek, CA
94598). However, NorCal Swim Shop cannot guarantee availability or club pricing.
What about a custom swim cap?
The tennis shop has Diablo logo swim caps for sale. You should have one of these in
time for a swim meet. You can still order a custom swim cap via the online store https://www.makingwavesusa.com/team/ and search for Diablo Country Club.
What about items available for sale at the club?
Diablo logo towel, goggles, sunscreen

Where can I embroider names and Diablo Logo on my new stuff (swimsuits, parkas,
towels, backpacks, etc)!
