Climate Change is a global common problem
that affects all people around the world
6
Climate Goals
To reach the climate goals annual CO2 emissions have to be cut
down to Zero between 2050 and 2070.
7
Conclusion
For the first time ever in the history of mankind
we share one common goal
which can only be achieved by joint action
where all participants of the world society
should take part in
every citizen,
every company,
every country
both from
the global north and
the global south.
8
Historical Chance
If from 2020 onwards,
every year 1% of the global GDP
would be invested in sustainable energy
shared equitably
between the Global North and the Global South
three goals could be achieved:
 100% renewable energies worldwide
 100% mitigation of human caused climate gases
 100% eradication of energy poverty

financial institutions on globally fair financing and
participative concepts
 that are based on the principles of equity and justice
 and that enable a majority of world society to join and
participate

Aim
We focus on financing concepts because….
 Saving and investing are of general importance to the majority
of society
 Investment in sustainable energy is a strategic lever for a
climate friendly economy and for eradication of poverty
Therefore, financial participation of citizens and companies both
from the global North and South can be a base to build global
communities of action and to fill the joint task of climate protection
and poverty reduction with life.
