ID Watch is a highly customizable application. Please look at the following 2 screenshots to get an
idea of ID Watch’s default settings.
Now, see the following 2 screenshots of a customized ID Watch installation. There are 2 types of
fields in ID Watch: System fields & User fields. The System fields start with First Name & end with
the End field. With the System fields, you have the ability to rename field names & remove fields.
The User fields start with the first field after the End field (the Division field in the example below)
& end with the third from last field on the Additional Data tab (the Home Phone No. field in the 2nd
picture below). With the User fields, you have the ability to rename field names, remove fields,
configure fields as drop downs, pre-populate fields with a default value, mark fields as required, &
mark fields as unique (ex: social security number).
Please let the Field Application Engineer at All-Star know which fields you would like configured
with what options:

Fields renamed
Fields removed
Fields as drop downs
Fields with pre-populated default value
Required fields
Unique fields
If you do not require any configurations, please let the All-Star Field Application Engineer know
that you will accept the default settings.
