being necessary, and therefore do not require an initial. Please feel free to call with any questions or
concerns. This will help the service/event run smoothly. Your hard work and ours will pay off as the Lord
prepares the way for the Holy Spirit to touch many lives through our combined efforts.

1) ______ DATE OF PERFORMANCE: _____________________________________________________
2) ______ DEFINITION OF PERFORMANCE: Skylar Kaylyn can minister for any length of time, including
leading worship or adding worship songs to her set…anywhere from 20 minutes to 1 hour for her
ministry would be appreciated. She is always flexible, and whatever fits within your time schedule will
be fine. __________________________________________________________________________
3) ______ LOAD IN & SOUND CHECK: 1 1/2 hours prior to the event doors opening. Please have sound
technician and venue leadership/representative present at load in time to work in conjunction with our
sound tech and/or ministry team from load in through event.
4) ______ MERCHANDISE TABLES/VOLUNTEER: Please provide an area near the doors large enough for
Skylar Kaylyn and ministry team to greet people next to the merchandise tables. Please provide one to
two 6-8 foot tables, if possible. Area must be equipped with a power outlet and have at least an 8-ft
ceiling. It is helpful to sometimes have someone to volunteer to help at the table, but not always
necessary. (Please let us know if adjustments need to be made to this request.)

7) ______ WATER: Please have bottled water available at room temperature.
8) ______ MEALS: These are not always necessary, but sometimes requested. Note: She & her team
maintain primarily a plant-based diet…salads, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and fruit are all easy
choices.
9) ______ GREEN ROOM: Upon arrival, please let us know if you have a place/private room for Skylar
Kaylyn and her ministry team to pray and prepare for the event.

11) ______ HOTELS/HOUSING: In very few situations, we will ask you to please provide a smoke-free
environment with adequate sleeping arrangements. We will inform you of team ministry staff numbers
of up to 4 people at least 2 weeks prior to the event. If these accommodations are in the form of a

hotel or host home, and once the venue has confirmed accommodation arrangements meeting the
above stated requirements, Skylar Kaylyn needs to receive an email stating the following…

12) ______ COMPENSATION: Skylar Kaylyn and her team’s heart and purpose are to minister the love and
heart of God, wherever they go. Please keep this in mind that this is their main focus and heart’s desire.
With that said, they do have responsibilities and bills that need to be provided for as they minister
through music around the country. To meet these responsibilities and bills, you agree to compensate
Skylar Kaylyn with an honorarium of $300 with a love offering taken OR $500 with no love offering
taken, payable the day of the event.
13) _____CANCELLATION POLICY: Please acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following
Cancellation Policy (again, please let us know if there are any concerns with this):
If cancellation from venue occurs, below is a breakdown of the amount due to Skylar Kaylyn.
• 90-61 days prior to the event – 50% of the remaining honorarium will be paid to the artist
• 60-31 days prior to the event – 75% of the remaining honorarium will be paid to the artist
• 30 days or less to the event – 100% of the remaining honorarium will be paid to the artist
