• CricHQ will be mandatory for scoring in all FCA
league matches (e.g. SM40, T20 & X-Div)
• Home team must take responsibility for CricHQ
scoring, device and app management
• Player must have a photograph in their profile to
play in any FCA league match
• Penalties for incomplete, missing or poor scorecards
• Incentives for live scoring during FCA league
matches
General CricHQ device and application management
Clubs are responsible for ensuring that their device(s):
• meet any CricHQ basic requirements
• have any necessary operating system updates
installed
• have the latest version of the CricHQ application
downloaded
CricHQ scoring during FCA league matches
Both clubs playing are responsible for scoring and must
ensure that they have:
• a device with CricHQ app ready to score on at the
start of each match (including the AWAY team)
• all players in a teams’ playing list must have a profile
that can be selected from their “Team” in CricHQ
• all players in a teams’ playing list must have a
matching photo in their CricHQ profile

Both clubs playing are responsible for scoring and must
ensure that they :
• choose which device to score on (both teams take
responsibility in this decision)
• provide at least 3 nominated players who know how
to score using CricHQ
• score for their entirety of their batting innings
CricHQ scoring during FCA league matches (Cont.)
Both clubs playing are responsible for scoring and must
ensure that they:
• Check during scoring from the umpire’s for bowler’s
names, batsmen on strike, catches and dismissals
• Check the scorecards for any mistakes and edit
accordingly before:
1.
starting the 2nd innings AND/OR
2.
ending the match.
CricHQ scoring during FCA league matches (Cont.)
Both clubs playing are responsible for scoring and must
ensure that they:
• Upload the match ONLY AFTER
1.
the umpires have approved the result/score, and
2.
the captains have checked both;
AND
• Within 24 hours of match completion
CricHQ Penalties
2 Pts- Failure of the home team to provide adequate
device with CricHQ app for the match
1 Pt - Failure of the away team to provide adequate device
with CricHQ app for the match
1 Pt/player - Failure for any team to have player ready in
the CricHQ team list by toss
1 Pt/player - Failure to any team to have photo for player
profile ready in the CricHQ team list by toss
CricHQ Penalties
4 Pts – incomplete or ineligible scorecard due to device or
CricHQ application failure (without reasonable cause)
1 Pt – Uploaded innings or match to CricHQ before
confirmation of scores from umpires and both captains
1 Pt – Each edit to a scorecard for the batting team’s
innings after uploading
CricHQ Penalties
1 Pt – CricHQ scorecard not uploaded within 24hrs of
match completion
• Second offence: 4 points
• Third offence: 8 points
• Fourth offence: Expulsion from league
CricHQ Incentives
• Recommended that Clubs undertake live scoring for all
FCA league matches in 2015
