Sharks Kidz Match day Experience
Sharks vs. Rebels 29th May 2015

Dear Member
You have been invited to attend the Match day experience for the Super 15 Game against the Rebels at
the Kings Park Stadium on the 29th May 2015.
What we have tried to create for the Sharks Kidz through the match day is everything a player would
experience except actually playing the game. This has proven to be a rewarding occasion for Sharks
Kidz. Not only does your child experience the excitement of the game but it also allows him to gain a
greater understanding and perception of how the professional rugby player prepares before, during and
after the game
Please note that we will be operating a pre-match Kidz zone on KP 7 (near band stage), from 17:00 – 18:00
and would like to see your child there to have fun with the Garvz coaches and get into the hype of the
upcoming game.
Please ensure that you have your child at the Northern Dug Out (Use entrance GR 6, near Ramp 6,
ground level and nearest gate 4 of stadium entrance) before kick-off (The Sharks Kidz only zone opens
30 mins before kickoff) where I or one of my staff will be there to meet and look after them for the
evening.
The dress code is casual and also don’t forget the match ticket (Which can be purchased from the
ticket office or via computicket if you don’t already have a Scholars season ticket). Can I please ask
you that you collect your child no longer than 10 mins after the final whistle at the same drop off point
(The kids will not be allowed to leave until you have personally collected them from the Sharks Kidz
exclusive Dug Out).
Please note if you are not totally comfortable leaving your child in our capable hands rather than not
bring your child to the game you can purchase a ticket for behind the Northern Scholars and this will
enable you to keep a watchful eye on them.
Please note we offer awesome kidz birthday parties at various venues and can assure you it will be a day
yourself and your child will never forget!! All you need to do is supply the kidz and leave everything else up
to us!!
We hope you enjoy the experience at Growth point Kings Park and in no time I am sure we will be seeing
your little one on the field.
