2017 Outing Guidelines
1. A minimum of 20 people is required and shall be guaranteed on any outside outing.
2. A deposit of 50% and credit card are required for all golf outings and is required
within 30 days of a contract approval to hold the date. The deposit becomes nonrefundable 30 days prior to the scheduled date of the outing.
3. Outing charges for the guaranteed number are due in full the day of the event.
4. All food and beverage consumed shall be purchased from the club. Final pricing
subject to 6% sales tax and 18% service fee.
5. You shall notify the club one week before your scheduled outing date with a final
guaranteed count for golf and dinner.
6. The outing coordinator will be responsible for the cost of damages or repairs to any
property and/or adjoining property.
7. The outing coordinator is required to notify all participants of the following:
 Divots shall be repaired
 Ball marks shall be fixed
 Carts shall be kept on the paths where provided
 Participants shall not wear metal spikes
8. A credit card must be put on file to reserve the date and time slot of the course
desired at the time of signing contract.
