JKUAT Kakamega CBD campus wishes to announce the May 2014 intake into various programmes. The
programmes will be mounted at JKUAT Kakamega CBD Campus located at Ambwere Fraha Building in
Kakamega Town Opposite the New Muliro Gardens. You get a chance to pursue a JKUAT course at your own

QUALIFICATION
i)
Be a holder of KCSE (or equivalent examination)
certificate with a minimum aggregate of C+ and a
minimum of C in both Mathematics and English.
ii) Be a holder of KACE certificate with a minimum of
two principal passes and one subsidiary pass, and
a minimum of a credit pass in Mathematics at KCE,
iii) Be a holder of diploma or professional certificate
in a relevant discipline from an institution
recognised by the University Senate.
iv) Be a holder of any other qualification accepted
by the University Senate as equivalent to any of
the above.
Note: Holders of JKUAT Diploma in Purchasing
and Supplies Management, Human Resource
Management, (credit & above) to be admitted in
2nd year.
v) Be a holder of KCSE (or equivalent examination)
certificate with a minimum aggregate of C+ and a
minimum of C in English or Kiswahili.
vi) Be a holder of KCSE (or equivalent examination)
certificate with a minimum aggregate of C+ and a
minimum of C in English or Kiswahili.
vii) Be a holder of A diploma in County Governance
with a (credit & above) to be admitted in 2nd year
from JKUAT
