The Waterloo Leisure Services Commission is seeking Sealed Bids for a Trackman 3e Full Swing Golf Simulator. This is
an indoor full swing golf simulator with the Trackman 3e radar. See specifications below.
Sealed Bids are due by 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, July 6, 2017, to the City Clerk of Waterloo, at her office located in the City
Hall. All Sealed Bids received will be opened in the First Floor Conference Room at the City Hall on July 6, 2017 at 1:00
P.M.
Bids must be submitted on Leisure Services Bid Form.
Please include on the lower, left-hand corner of the envelope the following information:

Trackman 3e Full Swing Golf Simulator Specifications:
Easy set-up, Easy alignment, Light weight 7.3 lbs., OMAP4460 1.2 GHz processor, auto levelling, IOS compatible
Built-in WiFi 2.4 GHz, internal camera, Connect up to 6 external cameras for more angles.
Comes with projector, hitting screen, hitting surface and extra carpet and brackets to hold projector.
Sold As-Is without warranty. Like new condition, recommend transferring license with Trackman estimated cost $1,000.
Minimum bid of $17,500 required, with sale going to highest bidder over that amount.
