Reflection about the current situation during which you were reminded of the reason your fixed term contract will be coming to an end and that unless further funding or alternative work can be found for you, your employment with the University will end on the date specified above. Acknowledgement of the personal impact and potential options for continued employment within your School/Budget Centre including any possibilities for renewed funding or alternative work within the School/Budget Centre and any future opportunities that may arise. We discussed the next steps of the process and assured you that possibilities for additional funding will continue to be explored and that we will continue to provide you with updates in this regard throughout your consultation period. A second consultation meeting was offered to you as an opportunity to further discuss and share potential updates regarding the situation. [ACADEMIC STAFF ONLY] As an Academic member of staff, you were also offered the opportunity to meet with your Head of School to discuss the end of your fixed term contract. Finally, you were provided with the opportunity to raise any questions or areas of concern that you would like to discuss further.
