Nationally recognized champion will teach you rules, strategy, and specific skills: correct backhand and forehand swing, serving technique, positioning on the court and more. Participants will be entered into league play to improve their skills with fellow Junior players. Downtown Branch Tiny Tumblers - For ages 2 & 3 with an adult Introduce your child to gymnastics in this adult child interactive class. You assist your child while the instructor leads you in group activities and an obstacle course of gross motor and basic gymnastic skills. Come ready to have fun with your child! Using the YMCA’s glass court and viewing balcony, our instructors will video tape you and provide instant feedback on your skills and technique. Bethany Behnfeldt played volleyball for 9 years with 3 years at Bluffton University. Held at the Downtown Branch. Rules and regulations follow Jr. High OHSAA (Ohio High School Athletic Association) guidelines which will help these young athletes get ready for plan in Middle School. League standings will be kept and a tournament will be played at the end of the season. Registration Deadline: December 21st Games begin January 18th Registration Deadline: January 3rd Season: January 23rd-March Downtown Branch TH / 4-9 PM This league is a competitive league for those not already on a school team. Standings will be kept for season ending tournament play. Students create own teams. Registration Deadline: Jan 11th Season: January 18-end of March.
