Registered Migration Agents: Each of these one and a half hour activities is approved for the purposes of Continuing Professional
Development (CPD) program for migration agents as notified in Office of the MARA Notices for 1 point.
Legal Practitioners: If this particular educational activity is relevant to your immediate or long term needs in relation to your professional
development and practice of the law, then you should claim one unit for each hour of attendance, refreshment breaks not included.
Mandatory CPD Units
Please visit the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority website at www.mara.gov.au to find out which activities you are
required to complete prior to your annual re-registration.
Notifying OMARA
An attendance record is sent electronically to the OMARA for each activity within 14 days of completion of that activity. Call the agent
hotline on 1300 66 00 26 if you wish to enquire about your completed activities.

available to migration agents who are registered as non-fee-charging. Registrations are transferable but registrations can only be used for
an alternative seminar in the same series and not for subsequent seminar series. Please also note that refunds will not be given.

your records. Refugee Legal: retains the right to vary or cancel seminars.

$400 for 6 sessions, $72 per single session.
