Wildwood Casino will host a Gold Medal Games promotion in July and August of 2016.
Players 21 years of age or older with an active Miner’s Club card are eligible.
The casino will host Slot Tournaments each Saturday and Sunday from July 8th through August 21 st.
32 participants will be selected Monday through Friday of each week via Super Playmate Hot Seats to participate
in that week’s slot tournaments.
a. To be eligible players must have their Miner's Club card properly inserted into a slot machine and be
actively playing. It is the player's responsibility to verify that their card has been properly inserted and
recognized by the system.
b. Winners’ names will be drawn and announced over the house PA and they will have two (2) minutes to
report to the Host Station or let an employee know they are present to claim their prize. If a winner’s
name is announced and they do not report properly within the time allotted, another name will be drawn
and the new winner’s name announced and given two (2) minutes to properly report.
5. Each player shall be permitted to play only one machine and the player shall make all decisions without
advice from any other person. Any communication, during play, between a player and a spectator is
prohibited. No player may play on any machine other than the player's own machine.
6. Participants will sign up for a tournament session at the time they are selected via hot seat. Sessions are a on a
first-come, first-served basis. If a participant is unable to participate they will receive $10 in Wild Loot buy they
may not designate a replacement and another participant will be chosen.
7. All participants will receive $25 in Wild Loot on the day of the tournament.
8. The tournament schedule for each Saturday and Sunday will be as follows:
a. 3pm – 8 participants
b. 330pm – 8 participants
c. 4pm – 8 participants
d. 430pm – 8 participants
e. 5pm – top 2 scores from each session advance to the daily finals (8 participants total).
9. In addition to the $25 in Wild Loot the top 4 participants from the 5pm Daily Finals session each day (Saturday
and Sunday) will receive an additional prize and invitation to participate in the final tournament on August 27 th.
Daily prizes will be:
a. 1st Place - $500 in Wild Loot
b. 2nd Place - $250 in Wild Loot
c. 3rd-4th Place - $100 in Wild Loot
10. All prizes for the daily tournament will be paid at the conclusion of that day’s tournament.
11. The tournament finale of the top four finishers from each daily tournament (56) in total will participate in the
tournament finale on Saturday, August 27th. Registration will begin at 2pm. The schedule is as follows:

12. The top 24 participants from Round 1 will advance to Round 2. The Top 8 participants from Round 2 will
advance to Round 3. The winner of each session in Rounds 1 and 2 will receive $50 in Wild Loot.
13. Prizes for the Final Round will be as follows:
a. 1st Place - $2,500
b. 2nd Place - $1,000
c. 3rd Place - $500
d. 4th Place - $250
e. 5th-8Place - $100
14. All prizes for the tournament Finale will be paid at the conclusion of the tournament.

15. In addition to the weekly slot tournaments, grand prizes will be awarded at 2pm on Sunday August 8 th for the top
players in each of the following categories based on statistics from July 1 through August 27th.

16. Play statistics are based on tracked play when a player uses his or her Miner’s Club Card.
17. In the event of a tie the two tie players will split the prize.

This promotion is not open to Wildwood Casino employees or immediate family members residing in the same
household of employees.
Prize players may be required to sign a release form acknowledging that Wildwood Casino has the right to
broadcast and/or publicize his/her name, likeness, voice or picture and the fact that he/she has won a certain prize
without payment or any compensation for a period of one year.
Participation is an agreement to waive any and all claims against Wildwood Casino, their affiliates, employees,
agents and representatives for personal injury or loss which may occur from the participation in this promotion or
from the receipt or use of any prize.
Players are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes relative to the prizes. Players of all prizes associated
with this promotion will be required to give Wildwood Casino their social security number, legal name, present
address, phone number and driver’s license number for tax record keeping purposes. Players of all prizes over
$100 will be required to sign an income tax information release stating the total value of the prize won.
Management reserves the right to change or cancel this promotion at any time and will make the final decision in
any disputes.
Wild Loot is Wildwood’s term for non-cashable downloadable credits.
