No Login is Required – Every Agent Universe user is automatically set up with a CruisePRO user account. There is no user name or password to remember; just click through to CruisePRO and start booking. 3. Vacation.com Exclusive Offers Automatically Display at the Top of Search Results – CruisePRO makes it easy to find Vacation.com exclusives, such as Distinctive Voyages and Amenity Departure Dates, which differentiate your agency at no cost. 4. Consumer-Friendly Email Feature – CruisePRO allows you to email screens of cruise options directly to your customers. Agents can email search results, side by side cruise comparisons and individual cruise itinerary details throughout the booking process, so your customer can view, click through and make a decision on which departure to book. 5. Robust Post Booking Modifications – You can change 20+ different elements on the booking, including refinements to passenger details—name, age, date of birth, nationality, past passenger number; special services or requests for the sailing; dining and bedding options; add-ons such as air, insurance, transfers and pre/ post packages.
