The Shenandoah Valley Services Map exists as a resource for service providers and individuals to find information and links to services located in the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas. It was compiled by Sentara RMH Medical Center and the Central Shenandoah Valley Partnership to serve as a guide to help connect people to the most appropriate and effective local services. The Shenandoah Valley Services Map exists primarily to help persons with substance use disorders or in recovery and families at risk of losing a child to out of home placement services, however may be useful to any individual to identify resources to improve their mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. We are aware that the constant change in local resources and services means a comprehensive list of services will never be finished, and as such, this guide was created with the knowledge that it would need to consistently be updated and maintained. We ask you to help us make this resource great. If you are aware of changes or a service, support group, or community resource that we do not have listed here, please let us know by e-mailing [email protected]. We will be monitoring submissions, and updating the Shenandoah Valley Services Map as necessary. Thank you very much for utilizing the Shenandoah Valley Services Map. Together we can help make services more accessible than ever. *NOTE* Some of the providers listed here do not actually deliver services where they are located. In those cases, the “schedule” listing refers to office hours when it would be advantageous to call and get more information or make a referral, rather than times when services are delivered.*NOTE* For more information about the Shenandoah Valley Services Map, please contact: Debbie Bullis [email protected] Project Director 1 or Olivia Haimani [email protected] Data Health Promotion Specialist Updated 6/2016 *****Publication in this guide does not imply endorsement of any provider.
