ellarico’s Tuscan Style Subs are Handmade – Artisan
Subs that are pre-assembled using the finest meats
and cheeses on our “signature” par-baked European
baguette. These rolls are the same crusty rolls that are used
at our Sub Express Oven Baked Originals and Bellarico’s
Toasted Sub Shops. The “NEXT GENERATION QSR” difference
is that we have pre-assembled them in our kitchen prior
to shipping them to yours. We’ve done much of the
labor and inventory ahead of time. Bellarico’s
Tuscan Style Subs ship frozen and have a 10
day shelf life in refrigeration (refrigerate from
frozen before baking). The minimal preparation
required to bake and display these subs in a
“Grab n Go” merchandiser is very similar to
the system used for Bellarico’s® NY Style
Pre-assembled Pizza. (1). Simply bake
the pre-assembled refrigerated sub in the
oven until toasted golden brown. (2). Top with
veggies. (3). Cut the 12” sub in half. (4). Place
the 6”sub in our “specially” designed windowed sub
package (included in every case). (5). Check the sub type
and best buy time on the package and display them up to
2-3 hours in the heated grab n go merchandiser or simply
bake them to order.

ellarico’s Toasted Subs are fresh, made-to-order,
classic subs that are made with the finest deli meats
and melted cheese on a toasted European style roll.
These subs are served hot, baked and toasted. The menu is
limited to seven of the most popular subs. The prep area and
service counter are designed to help make selling “madeto-order” subs a manageable process. Without question,
great tasting food is the foundation of any successful food
service offering that keeps repeat consumers. Bellarico’s
Toasted Subs delivers quality great tasting subs that
people remember. For the retailer, a Bellarico’s® Toasted
Sub location is simple to operate. The food components
are portioned and pre-sliced and the rolls are partially
baked. After toasting the 6” or 12” roll, warming the deli
meats and melting the cheese in the oven, you add cool,
fresh vegetables and serve.

ub Express Oven Baked Original subs taste great.
The primary difference that consumers note is that
a Sub Express sub is served hot. Each sub is made
to order and baked right before serving. The roll is warm
with a lightly crusty texture. The slightly melted cheese,
deli meats and cool vegetables are the taste that keeps
customers coming back.
Sub Express sub shops offer 17 varieties of sandwiches
that are served hot baked. For operator convenience, parbaked rolls, pre-sliced and pre-portioned ingredients are
used. A breakfast menu is included. Minimum requirement
is 72-100 sq. ft.
