All start in a 24x24m box.

Players have to randomly pass 6-8 balls between each other with the following conditions;
After every pass you run out of the box around a marker 6-7m away.
Don’t follow the ball.
Don’t pass to nearest man.
Coaching Points;
1.
No overhead passes, movement, angled runs, clear passing channels, protect the ball when you receive
it, use the correct hand if man to your left use right hand and to your right use the left hand.
