New York and Rome—OTCFin, a financial technology firm specializing in Portfolio and Risk data
management solutions, announces that Groupe IDeA FIMIT, a leading Italian Real Estate firm, selected
OTC Fin to develop a Real Estate Risk Management Platform. OTCFin will implement a robust process
flow to integrate and automate IDeA FIMIT’s real estate risk factor model, data and calculations within
IDeA FIMIT‘s existing information systems . This will enable IDeA FIMIT to monitor the risk of their
investment activity more efficiently and systematically.
The scope of the OTCFin work will take place in two phases: The first phase will address the analysis and
design of the risk management process, data and calculation; the second phase will focus on
implementation and integration of the Real Estate Platform into IDeA FIMIT’s systems.
The Platform will be implemented through a strong collaboration between IDeA FIMIT and OTCFin staff
without disrupting already existing work workflows and systems.
